George Escobar and Mike Snyder co-founded Advent Film Group in 2007. Since then they have made several feature films: COME WHAT MAY and HERO (now available on DVD), as well as co-written/directed/produced the upcoming ALONE YET NOT ALONE for Enthuse Entertainment.

1. Training

Advent has trained nearly 1,000 students through our workshops, webinars, conferences, and DVDs. About 200 of them have joined Advent as interns and production assistants during feature film production and post.

Advent makes feature films in order to train and raise up the next generation of Christian filmmakers.

2. Mentoring

Nearly 30 interns have had extended training and mentoring at Advent’s home and production offices, learning other aspects of film, such as business, legal, sales, finance, marketing and distribution.
